Objective

  1. To develop a ‘cartilage stress test’ to help determine who is at risk of developing knee osteoarthritis
  2. To track changes in the biological composition of the knee joint from walking exercise

Who Can Participate

  • History of knee pain
  • able to walk for 60 minutes
